TDA4

The TDA4 processor with Dual Arm® Cortex®-A72 SoC and C7x DSP with deep learning, vision and multimedia accelerators is a powerful chip specifically designed for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving applications.

With high computing power and extensive connectivity options, it enables real-time processing of sensor and camera data, which is crucial for the safety and efficiency of modern vehicles. The TDA4 has comprehensive security features such as secure boot, hardware-based cryptography and isolation technologies. ProMik uses the TDA4 for efficient flash programming and testing of ADAS ECUs, among other things. By implementing advanced test scenarios and data processing, development times are shortened and product quality is increased.

AWR29x

The AWR29x series are high-performance second generation SoCs and include high-resolution radar sensors that enable precise object detection and distance measurement in ADAS and autonomous vehicles.

The radar sensors offer outstanding performance even under difficult environmental conditions such as rain, fog or darkness. The frequency range of the sensors is typically 76-81 GHz. In terms of safety, they have functions such as integrated self-diagnosis and secure communication protocols. ProMik integrates the AWR29x sensors into its test systems, for example, to carry out comprehensive functional tests and calibrations. This ensures that the radar systems work reliably and meet the highest safety standards.

Sitara AM6x

The Sitara AM6x processor family from Texas Instruments is specifically designed for industrial applications and offers advanced real-time control features, extensive connectivity and robust security.

With multiple ARM Cortex-A53 cores operating at up to 1.1 GHz and integrated PRU-ICSS subsystems for deterministic real-time control, they enable powerful and flexible automation solutions. The AM6x processors support a wide range of interfaces, including Ethernet, PCIe, USB and CAN. Security features such as Secure Boot, TrustZone, and hardware encryption ensure system integrity and protection. The processors also offer advanced power management features and are qualified for the industrial temperature range (-40 to 105 °C).
