high-precision tests and comprehensive debugging functions can be realized. The Boundary Scan Suite
is supplied as a separate software in combination with FlashTaks Pro or as a DLL extension for
FlashTask Pro DLL and offers extended log functionality. The suite also features intelligent power supply
management for reliable and safe execution. The Boundary Scan Suite covers all the customer's test requirements in just one tool.
