SMART ICT as a holistic test concept in electronics manufacturing!

Together with our Chinese partner u-test, we presented for the first time our latest technology SMART ICT to the Asian audience. The innovative test concept could convince especially by significant cost savings in the production on the Chinese market. Test functions from the ICT, Boundary Scan and FCT areas can be performed on the Flash Station without any additional tools.
