The STM32H7R3/7S3 microcontrollers (MCU) from STMicroelectronics are based on the powerful Arm® Cortex®-M7 core with a clock frequency of up to 600 MHz. They offer 64 Kbytes of boot flash memory and 620 Kbytes of flexible SRAM, making them ideal for demanding IoT, medical and industrial applications. In addition, they have advanced security features, including secure boot, secure firmware installation and hardware encryption, and are aiming for certifications such as SESIP3 and PSA Level 3.
